Based on a preliminary investigation, police determined that Hernandez and the second victim were shot following an argument with four suspects described as Black men. Police at the scene of a shooting on Monterey Avenue in the Belmont section of the Bronx on April 4, that left one man dead and another critically injured. Eat it. After the shooting, cops said, the perpetrators were seen fleeing inside two separate vehicles — a gold BMW sedan and a black Ford sedan — that headed westbound on East th Street before turning onto Webster Avenue.

The year-old man remains in critical condition at the hospital.
About the Author. The other wounded man, 31, had been shot in the head.
Bronx Times. Police said the two victims were shot in front of Monterey Ave. Officers from the 48th Precinct found both victims unconscious on the street while responding to a call about the shooting.
