AP — A white man who called multiple neighbors racist slurs and claimed he forced other Black residents to move, has been charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, according to local police. A warrant dated Monday and other charging documents show at least two neighbors called police to report Edward C. Mathews, 45, on Friday for harassing them in a Mount Laurel neighborhood. A Black woman in the neighborhood called police on Friday saying Mathews was harassing her, approaching her front door and shouting racial slurs, according to prosecutors. A doorbell camera captures Mathews bringing his dogs to her front yard, repeating a racial slur and thrusting his hips in a vulgar way after police responded and talked to him, prosecutors said. Police then received a second call from a nearby address and found Mathews using racial slurs to address four people, which appears to be the interaction caught on video that drew widespread attention online.
Both vehicles had extensive damage.
Contact was eventually made with the resident, who was not harmed. He was pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. The victims were not injured during the robbery. Three occupants of the Chevrolet Silverado received treatment but had non-incapacitating injuries. Fortenberry suffered from incapacitating injuries.
They are both in stable condition.
When Officers arrived on scene they located one gunshot victim, identified as Daniel Chandler He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. There is currently no deadline for applications. The victim, Jason Garivay 41succumbed to his injuries on June 27, No other information is available for release at this time. The initial call for service was for a stabbing victim at Shannon Medical Center. The deceased has been identified as Adaireon Madlock The investigation indicates that the parties involved are known to each other. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
Upon arrival, Officers located the suspect's vehicle parked in front of the residence. The vehicle was stopped at the block of Shiloh. After a confrontation, gunfire was exchanged between the parties. The San Angelo Police Department is seeking applicants that want to make a difference. Officers arrived on scene and provided first aid until Medics arrived. The driver of the Honda Accord was not wearing a seatbelt.
They were pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. The suspects then fled on foot. On July 4,at pm, a 9 year old male was struck by a boat's propeller after falling off the front of a boat while it was in motion. The front passenger of the Chevrolet Tahoe, Jermaine Landor 33succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. This is still an ongoing investigation. A perimeter was set up. The victim is in stable condition. Officers arrived on scene and a tourniquet was applied to the injury. It was later determined that the incident had occurred at The Penny Tap House College Hillsin the parking lot.
The Kia Sportage had struck multiple large rocks at the front of the school and came to a stop. The passenger, Shannon Clark 18was arrested for Evading on Foot. Both males were transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Ekert lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. On July 7,at pm, Officers were dispatched to the block of Volney in reference to a shooting victim.
The child sustained serious bodily injury. Officers arrived on scene and located two males age 34 and 31 that had been shot. The incident occurred at Lake Nasworthy. That second subject succumbed to his injuries at the hospital and was pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. According to witnesses, the driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe was travelling east at the block of Edmund when it suddenly swerved into the westbound lane, striking the Chevrolet Silverado Alcohol is believed to be a factor. After a search of the area, the two suspects were later located hiding under a truck in the block of SAC.
The suspects were taken into custody without incident. Shortly after, a second call came in from the same caller, stating that the incident had actually occurred at the block of Shadyhill Dr. After further investigation it was determined that both of the calls were Swatting false calls.
On August 2,at am, Officers were dispatched to a major motor vehicle accident. The child was then transported to Shannon Medical Center by ambulance.
The Anti-Crime Unit supervisor located the suspect vehicle leaving the area. On June 27, the victim succumbed to his injuries from the felonious assault. When Officers arrived on scene they located one male 21 suffering from a gunshot wound, who was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Shortly after Officers' arrival, dispatch received a call stating that a second gunshot victim had arrived at another hospital by personal vehicle.
TXDOT was doing maintenance on some s, so traffic was moving slowly. Two males were immediately detained. On June 19,at am, Officers were dispatched to Shannon Medical Center in reference to a stabbing victim.
The driver of the Subaru, Jonathan Fortenberry 23was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. An autopsy was performed on June 29, The final cause of death is pending until the autopsy are concluded.
Garcia was charged with Murder. Chandler was a resident of Winters, TX. This is an ongoing investigation. After further investigation it was determined that the victims were associated with the suspects. The adults in the vehicle were not wearing seatbelts but the children were. On July 23,at am, Officers were dispatched to the block of N Koenigheim in reference to a major motor vehicle accident.
On July 20,at am, Officers were dispatched to the block of E 36th St in regards to a robbery in progress. After further investigation it was discovered that the driver of the Kia Sportage ran onto Loop and was struck by the Honda Accord. The other three occupants of the Chevrolet Tahoe had non-incapacitating injuries. Ekert was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.
According to a witness, Anthony Padilla 28 was driving a passenger car and racing Keifer Ekert 28who was on a motorcycle. All four occupants of the Chevrolet Tahoe Two adults and two children, ages 8 and 11 were transported by ambulance to a local hospital. On July 22,at about pm, Officers responded to the block of Cedar Creek in reference to a possible shooting victim. The identity of the second victim is being withheld at this time pending notification of the family. Jason Lujan 31 was located inside the vehicle, and he was identified as the suspect.

Fortenberry had been wearing a seatbelt. Due to the impact, the driver of the Kia Sportage and the driver of the Honda Accord succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Salazar is currently in the Runnels County Jail.
He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail. Pursuing Officers lost sight of the vehicle for a short period, but it was later discovered that the truck had struck a parked vehicle on Oxford Circle.
Officers initiated a traffic stop on Southwest Blvd, near Twin Mountain Dr, but the driver of the Ford truck failed to stop and attempted to evade Officers. Approximately 2 ounces of heroin and four handguns were located and seized. One of the three occupants had been wearing a seatbelt.
The K9 unit and Drone team responded. He is in stable condition.
Upon further investigation it was determined that the victim sustained injuries due to an assault that occurred in the parking lot of The Penny Pub Tap House College Hills.
