The once popular game show, ‘Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader,’ has been off the air for several years now but will return on Christmas Day for a single episode with one lone contestant. President Donald J. Trump is set to appear and participate in a battle of wits with several 10 year old opponents in an effort to silence critics that constantly say he is no smarter than an 8 year old and has the language skills of a 4th grader.
“If I win this,” Trump was heard to say, “They’ll all have to just shut up and accept how wrong they are. I’m way smarter than they think I am.”
For their part, the grade 5 students from Allod Elementary School, who will be his competition, are quite sure of their chances. Little Michael bragged, “I could spell better than him when I was seven.” The others expressed similar confidence:
“He thinks he can just buy Greenland.”
“He thinks Europe is a country.”
“He thinks the constitution gives him unlimited power.”
“What the heck is ‘unpresidented’?”
“He thinks we’ve been allies with France for 500 years!”
These shows of bravado were each followed by unstoppable giggling as they attempted to psych out Trump but the President fired back:
“Nobody is more smarter than a 5th grader than me! If they do win, we will all know they cheated. What do you expect? I’m sure they’re democrats.”
Producers said, with a sly smile for some reason, that they chose December 25 to air the special episode as their Christmas gift to America.
Vegas oddsmakers are putting the President’s odds of winning at 500:1.
